In the event that the hotel is shut down during the period of your reservation due to natural calamities (such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods) or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible in such situations.
Non-Compliance with Government Laws:
If any aspect of your reservation or stay does not comply with standard government laws and regulations, you are eligible for a full refund. This includes instances where the hotel fails to meet required safety standards, licensing requirements, or any other legal obligations.
Refund Process:

- Click on the profile icon and enter the mobile number that you used during the booking process for sign in. Your account got created automatically during the booking, so you may need to use the same number to proceed further.
- Once you have successfully logged in, you will find a list of your booking details. Locate the specific booking that you wish to cancel and initiate a refund for.
- Click on the booking details to access the cancellation options. Follow the prompts and guidelines provided to cancel your booking.
- After canceling the booking, our system will initiate the refund process automatically, and the refund amount will be processed to the original payment method used during the booking.
