1. Check-In Time:
- Check-in time is from 11AM
- If you anticipate arriving later than 11.30 AM please inform us in advance.

2. Late Arrival Policy:
- Guests arriving more than 30 minutes after the designated check-in time must settle the balance amount upon arrival to confirm their booking.

🛑Failure to pay the balance amount may result in cancellation of the booking🛑

3. Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit paid is non-refundable.
- Booking cannot be postponed or Prepone once confirmed.

4. JACUZZI& BATHTUB Use Time:
- Available between 11 am to 11 pm Same Day.
- Maximum usage time is 1 hour from the start time.

5. Hot Water Prohibition:
- Hot water is prohibited in the Jacuzzi.
- Hot water from side water tap can be used for limited Time For Bathing only between 11 am to 11 pm Same Day.

6. Sauna Bath & Steam Room
- 11 AM To 11 PM Same Day Using Time.
- Start Time to End time 30 Minutes only.
- Should be used before using the Jacuzzi

6. Breakfast Time:
- Served from 9 am to 11 am For limited Quantity.

7. Outside Food Not Allowed.
